CELEBRATiNG SUCCESS...
Thank you, everybody, for taking the time to input the Tier 1 discipline referrals in Synergy. We are reviewing these classroom referrals weekly and trying to intervene early to help keep them from becoming Tier 2 referrals. Our CHS Tier 2 discipline referrals are 50% lower than they were this time last year. We realize that this is due in part to a new system, but it is encouraging all the same.

TEACHER PERFORMANCE EVALUATION (TPEC)...
It is time to prepare for this year's formal teacher observations and evaluations. Steve, Les and I will be sending invitations to our evaluation groups to set up pre-conferences where we will share the plan for this year as well as any necessary documents.
