This Week
Good luck with finals everyone. Please ask your students to bring reading material in the case that they finish their exams early. In order to help maintain an academic learning environment it is important that students are not dismissed form classrooms during final exam days. Remember to limit hall passes for emergencies only during finals.
I hope your winter break is relaxing and you enjoy time with family and friends. Happy Holidays!

Update ~ December 9-13, 2013
Celebrating Success
Congratulations to Cheryl Vignoli's class for taking first place in the annual CHS Holiday Door Decorating Contest. I have included the photo of this Winter Wonderland door in this blog post.
Even though this school year is flying by, somehow is seems as though the Friday Night Likes Contest was a long time ago. Anyway, this Thursday, December 12 is the much anticipated school wide Pizza Party. Because CHS received the most "Likes" on the KAFF Radio Facebook page, we get a free School wide Pizza Party. Free pizza will be served for all CHS students, faculty and staff in the South Commons during combined lunch this Thursday. Go Panthers!
Faculty Meeting and Lunch
There will be a Faculty Meeting this Wednesday 12/11 at 1:15pm in the mini theater. Lunch will be provided for us on Wednesday by our CHS PTO. (Hot dogs and chips).
AZVAB Reschedule
The AZVAB test will take place Thursday 12/12 in the small gym. We will follow a Wednesday schedule on this day, combined lunch and pizza party will be from 10:50 to 11:20. Please mark your calendars.

Celebrating Success
Welcome
back everyone! Hope you had a
wonderful Thanksgiving break and are looking forward to a productive three weeks before
our long winter break.
Filming at CHS
Just a heads up that tomorrow, 12/02 Karin Eberhardt will be at CHS with a videographer to film a "An ordinary school day" at CHS. This is part of a district wide initiative to create promotional videos for all FUSD schools. I suggested she use the LipDub, but she didn't take me up on the offer.
Faculty Meeting
There will be a faculty meeting this Wednesday, December 4 at 1:15 PM in the Mini-
Theater. For future planning there will also be a faculty meeting on Wednesday, January 8, please mark your calendars.
