Celebrating Success
If an outsider were to peer through a window to the large gym at CHS during AIMS, they would undoubtedly be moved. We certainly were. The gym was packed with serious, motivated and dedicated students concentrating and giving their best effort to demonstrate on paper, all they have learned throughout their many years of school from their dedicated and caring teachers. A heartfelt thank you to everyone here for being part of this amazing process. AIMS testing was a tremendous success.  A special thank you to our English teachers et al, for giving our students the content knowledge and habits of mind to prepare them for continued success. Thank you to Karen Hughes, CHS Counselors, Ben Proctor, Trish Roach, Steve Bonderud and the many teacher proctors for organizing and orchestrating AIMS at CHS.
And it's not quite over yet...this Tuesday and Wednesday will be AIMS make-up days. Keep a look out for an e-mail from karen Hughes with the details as to times, places and names of students who need to make up one or bot sections of the test.

Eventful Weekend CHS was well represented at the mall for the FUSD Sights and Sounds Event.  A special thank you to the Aydelotts, Keith Nicolson, Vicki Laskota, Christine Sapio, Will White and all others who showcased CHS during this event.
Our Link Crew helped put on an extravagant gala fundraiser to raise money for for the Shadows Foundation of Flagstaff. They did a great job and made us all very proud.

Exciting News for CHS
